Kathleen Casey

 
I am a native Texan with over twenty five years experience in painting. I am an artist that enjoys the outdoors and loves animals. Birds and dogs are a specialty. I have taught art classes for years; watercolor, oils, colorpencil and drawing. In 2001 I developed a drawing program that teaches students to “See the Artists Way” which has enabled people to draw when they thought they could not by “learning” to see. I paint “plein air” as much as possible and paint as many subjects as I can just because I love looking at the natural world and its many shapes sizes and colors. I live in the north Texas area with my husband, my daughter who is a student at Texas A & M University, our Great Dane  and two cats!
